Are you ready to learn more about herbs, healing foods, and a natural approach to healing? This apprenticeship will teach you how to heal yourself and others in a safe, wholesome way like our Grandmothers and Great-Grandmothers did.

We will make healing teas, salves, herbal syrups, poultices, naturally dyed fabric, and much more. You will learn how to identify plants in the wild, which herbs and foods are helpful for basic health complaints, and learn which herbs to use for specific types of people.

We’ll have simple celebrations both traditional and non to celebrate our traditions and seasons all while incorporating your newfound knowledge.

Cost is $40 per week. However, no one will be turned away for an inability to pay. The most important thing is a deep passion for folk healing.

Class starts October 3rd in Sisters, Oregon and will continue every Friday from 10am to 2pm with a half hour break for lunch. If you’d love to attend these classes, but cannot make this time or day, please let me know. If there’s enough interest I may decide to change or add another class time.

Please note that class size is limited to five people.
